These shipping times are for production. It also does not include once it is sent out, how long the shipper takes to get to your door. We will do our best to get orders out as quickly and efficiently as possible! All sales are final, there are no returns or refunds. I will however make exceptions if it was something that was done, or missed before leaving my store. I'd also like to add that there are some instances that the picture you see when on the internet may vary in comparison to what is pictured. I do my best to color match, but often times it wont be exact. If you notice something wrong when you receive the order, please send pictures so I can take a look, and make a decision on sending a new item. Anything past 3 days of receiving your order, is no longer subject to reprint. There will also be another charge for shipping if the address listed on the order was done in error by the person placing the order. If an order is returned to me, and the customer does not want to pay for reshipment, they forfeit their original payment. There will be no exceptions, because each order is printed by customer, and per customers specific needs.
